Sarntal to the Lake Durnholz

A trip through the Sarntal, via Bozen, depending on the season will, stop off and visit one of many factories (mountain pine oil distillery, quill embroiderer, wool manufacture, chocolate factory, turners workshop, Rohrerhaus etc.) along the way. The onward journey takes us to Lake Durnholz (1.558m). The village of Durnholz and the surrounding area has two priceless treasures for us to enjoy… the wonderful tranquillity of the eponymous lake and the frescos inside St. Nicholas parish church. Opportunities to have some lunch or walk around the lake (1 hour). We then return to your resort.
